(A) Sagittal T1-weighted images show marked hypogenesis of the corpus callosum with absence of the splenium, posterior body, and rostrum (white arrow) and hypoplasia of the anterior pituitary gland with barely perceptible pituitary stalk (yellow arrow). Sagittal T1-weighted images also depict tortuosity of the intraorbital segment of an optic nerve (blue arrow). (B) Axial T2-weighted images demonstrate ectasia of the optic nerve sheaths, with prominent tortuosity of the optic nerves (blue arrows).
