Facial Nerve Schwannoma
- Facial nerve schwannoma is uncommon.
- Clinical Presentation: Facial paralysis, hearing loss, and vestibular symptoms
- Key Imaging Features: Lobulated soft tissue mass along the course of the facial nerve. Smooth expansion of the fallopian canal or the mastoid segment of the facial nerve can be seen when involved.
- DDx: Paraganglioma, cholesteatoma, hemangioma
- Rx: Excision
