AB  - MR showed a neurenteric cyst posterior to the cervicomedullary junction in a man with chronic recurrent aseptic meningitis. On T1-weighted MR, the cyst was of high intensity in relation to the brain, and on T2-weighted MR it was of less intensity than cerebrospinal fluid.
