AB A case of neonatal hypoglycemia with extensive occipital cortical loss is presented. Imaging studies revealed a predominance of brain parenchymal loss in the occipital lobes bilaterally with nearly complete absence of cortex in the posterior parietal and occipital regions and generalized thinning of the cortex throughout the brain.
