Common imaging modalities for their detection are lateral decubitus digital subtraction myelography or dynamic CT myelography. Reports on the use of conebeam CT are scarce. We show 3 patients in whom the targeted use of conebeam CT during digital subtraction myelography was helpful in confirming the site of the leak.CBCTconebeam CTDCTMdynamic CT myelographyDSMdigital subtraction myelographySIHspontaneous intracranial hypotensionSLECspinal longitudinal extradural CSF collection
